What is that?
The Coronavirus identified in Wuhan, China for the first time in late 2019 is a new viral strain that has never previously been identified in humans. It has been called SARS-CoV-2 and the respiratory disease that causes Covid-19.

What are the symptoms?
Like other respiratory diseases, the new Coronavirus can cause mild symptoms such as a cold, sore throat, cough and fever, or more severe symptoms such as pneumonia and difficulty breathing.

Who to contact?
- for general information on Coronavirus, not present on this site: call the national public utility number 1500;
- in case of suspicious symptoms: contact the regional toll-free number 800.89.45.45 or contact your family doctor by phone. It should be noted that the only internal telephone numbers to be manned are only those connected to the aforementioned toll-free number. The request for information must therefore be made using the latter;
- in case of high fever and / or severe respiratory symptoms: immediately contact the number 112 without going to the emergency room.

ATS Val Padana does not carry out swabs. The swabs are carried out only in specific situations and there is no possibility to book / make a swab for the coronavirus, even for a fee. FAQ

Can I use the elevators?

Yes, the elevators are at your disposal, check the maximum number of people allowed to access as indicated in the information posted on them. We advise you to use them only in case of need.

Do I have to keep my distance even on escalators?

Yes, we recommend that you keep the distance of at least one meter even when using the escalator.

Is there a maximum number of entrances to the shops allowed?

Individual points of sale can manage inflows by providing for a maximum number of admissions allowed. Check the presence of the information posted at the points of sale or ask the staff. However, we recommend that you wait your turn outside the store if the latter is too crowded.

Are the children's areas open?

The free-entry “Roger Park” and “Roger Baby” play areas are regularly open. Check the appropriate information before accessing; it is the responsibility of the parent / carer to keep a distance between children. The “Roger Jungle” internal baby car park is currently closed.

Can I use the coin-operated carousels?

Yes, the mobiles are sanitized several times during the day and can be used. However, we recommend that parents / carers sanitize children's hands before / after use.

Can I sit on the armchairs in the Gallery?

Yes, the gallery sessions are at your disposal. The auxiliary staff provides for the cleaning and sanitation of the upholstery. Before sitting down, check for the information that regulates the seating spaces (some seats are in fact not available to allow for spacing).
